The Lansing Foodie Fest takes place at Adado Riverfront Park, 201 E Shiawassee St, Lansing, MI 48933. This event is outdoors.

Is there an entry fee?
Yes, General Admission tickets are $10.
Children 10 and under are admitted free with a ticketed adult.

Where can I park?
Street Parking Along Surrounding Roads
- Available along Grand Ave, Shiawassee St, and nearby streets like Scribner Ave and Front Ave.
- Location: Across Grand Ave from the park, in LCC’s parking ramps or lots (e.g., near 401 N Capitol Ave).
Is there accessible parking?
- Location: Adjacent to the park at 500 N Grand Ave (part of the Adado Riverfront Park area).
- Details: This lot offers mixed-use parking with over 10 barrier-free spaces reserved for handicap accessibility. The rest is open to the public when not in use by those with disabilities. It’s free and managed by the Capital Region Community Foundation, tied to the accessible playground.
Can I use public transportation?
Yes, local bus has routes nearby. Ride-share services, carpooling, scooters, and bicycles are also encouraged.
Food & Beverage
What kind of food will be available?
A variety of cuisines will be offered, including vegan, vegetarian, and gluten-free options. A Full Vendor list will be posted by Sept. 1, 2025.
Can I bring my own food or drinks?
Outside food and drinks are not permitted, except for medically necessary dietary items and baby food.
Will alcohol be served?
Yes, alcohol will be available for purchase, including craft beer and premium options. Individuals aged 21 and older must present a valid ID.
What payment methods are accepted at the event?
Most vendors accept cash, credit/debit cards, and mobile payments (e.g., Apple Pay, Venmo). We recommend bringing some cash as a backup, as there will be no on-site ATM.

Is the event family-friendly?
Yes, the event offers kid-friendly activities, entertainment, and a welcoming atmosphere for all ages.
Are kids free?
Children 10 and under are admitted free with a ticketed adult and do not require a separate ticket.

No, children 10 and under enter free with an adult. Infants and toddlers are welcome, and strollers are permitted.
Are pets allowed?
Service animals are permitted, but pets are not allowed due to health and safety regulations.

Are bags allowed? Is there a security check?
Small bags (e.g., purses, backpacks under 12″x12″) are permitted but subject to search at entry. Prohibited items include weapons, large coolers, and outside alcohol. Security personnel will conduct bag checks for safety.

Yes, re-entry is allowed with a valid wristband provided at initial entry.

What happens if it rains?
The event is held rain or shine unless severe weather occurs. Updates will be posted on our social media pages in case of severe weather.
What happens if the event is canceled?
In the rare case of full cancellation due to extreme circumstances, ticket holders will be notified via email and offered a refund or credit toward a future event, at our discretion.

Will there be first aid available?
Yes, a first aid station will be accessible throughout the event.

No specific health protocols (e.g., masks, vaccinations) are required at this time, but we encourage attendees to follow current public health recommendations.
